"Thank you, Daniel, for introducing the Yunnan tour to us. I understand that he is very busy with his work, but he still tried his best to answer all our inquiries and requests promptly. Really appreciate it! A special thank you as well to Josie for being with us throughout the Yunnan tour. She was very responsible and always did her best to give us the best experience possible. She was on standby 24/7 in case anyone faced any issues, especially with altitude sickness (高山症). She was also very helpful, cheerful, and caring throughout the entire trip. We truly appreciate her efforts and hope to travel with her again in the future! The whole tour group felt like one big family, we took care of one another, shared lots of jokes and laughter, and created many wonderful memories together. It was truly a very good experience."

"Cain. Remember this name, this young chap has been the gem of the trip together with the tour guide 小吴! Travel Star has produced such high quality trip to hainan island 6d5nights. Dedicated tour guide and tour leader. Always constant checking on the participants. Always present at buffet breakfest constantly asking for his bus C guests if they had a good rest and if the food is suitable for taste. He does his job very seriously visiting guests for breakfest when he is staying at another hotel. Dedication is the only word i can describe. Felt lucky to have joined this hainan tour even though its extremely hot. Overall.. still enjoyed because of tour leader cain. Keep it up travel star👍🏻"

"We would like to express our great appreciation to Josie, Travel Star tour leader who accompanied us for 9 days 7 nights Yunan tour in May 26. Below- mentioned are the credits to be rewarded for her excellent service throughout the entire journey:- 1) Able to create state of fun among the group and very accommodative to the elders. 2) Unlike other tour leader ,she ensures that we have our food on the table before having her meal. The food served are beyond our expectation and the package is value for money. 3) The meals are sumptuous and very well selected to suit our taste (not too salty and oily ) 4) Very caring and well organized manner in rooms distribution with hassle free 5) Can interact with all levels of people with great understanding of each of her tourist's expectation. 6) Recommended to others who intend to join the tour package lead by her. 7) No regret at all in joining this tour package. "I joined the Yunnan holidays for 9 days 7 night Travel Star Pte Ltd from 19 to 27 May. It is value for money and is affordable comparing prices with other tour agents. The hotels for 7 nights are all super nice, clean and quite new especially in Lijiang. The tour guide Josie accompanied us from Singapore to Yunnan whole trip is very patience, helpful, caring and always going extra mile to ensure that a group of 29 of us are safe and comfortable to the weather changes there. She even forked out her own money to treat us a karaoke session in Lijiang. A big thank you to Josie from Travel Star 🌟 👍👍. The trip to jade dragon snow mountain is fantastic and enjoyable to all of us. Josie has been closely following us to ensure that everyone is adaptable and safe while we ascend to the peak of mountain. The meals at this trip are delicious and ample food for us to enjoy it. I strongly recommend Travel Star for holidays and I will definitely join this company for my next holidays trip. Thank you once again Josie for your excellent service! 👏👏"

"Booked a 8D7N Jiuzhaigou tour through Cain, and he was very patient in explaining the different itineraries across the various packages for my family and me. After we confirmed the booking, he also kindly WhatsApped us a reminder of our flight details and continued to patiently answer all my family’s questions about the trip Even though we didn’t have a Singapore guide accompanying us during the trip due to the small group size, the local China guide did a wonderful job making us feel comfortable and ensuring everything was well planned and smooth. Even when there were hiccups along the way, everything was resolved efficiently without much disruption to our itinerary. Overall, it was a very pleasant and well-organised experience"
